Post -Tryout Information
We will begin our first raffle fundraiser on the day of tryouts. The first winner of the raffle will win a $400 Home Depot gift card. The second winner of the raffle will win a $300 Academy gift card.
There will be a MANDATORY team/parent meeting on Sunday, October 23rd at a location & time TBD.
The player MUST tryout out to be on a team.
Once tryouts have been completed and the teams have been formed, the results will be posted on the website by noon Saturday October, 8th.
Practice will be two times a week.
Club dues can either be paid in full or in installments.
We do have optional items for purchase that cost extra money. This includes but is not limited to t-shirts, bags, warm ups, shoes, etc.
Additional expenses include: $45 registration fee with USAV, gas to travel to and from tournament locations, money to eat with while at tournaments, and there are spectator fees at some facilities.
Tournament dates are TBD. They will be posted under each age groups schedule once they have been set.
Tournament times are not determined until the week of the tournament. They typically either start at 8 AM or 3 PM. Most coaches will require their players to be there 30 minutes to an hour prior to the start of the tournament so they may warmup.
We try our best to firmly set our schedules for both practices and tournaments. There may be times due to unforeseen circumstances that they may change. If there is a change, the Coach of the players team will notify them in relation to this change ASAP once they have been informed of it.
- All tickets and money will be due on Sunday, October 16th. We will establish locations and times that the tickets may be turned in. Everyone will be informed of this information once it has been established.
- The drawing will take place as soon as all tickets and money have been verified.
- 85% of the proceeds will go to your daughter's club fees. 15% of the proceeds will go to the club for the reimbursement of the gift cards with any remaining funds going towards the purchase of equipment that will be utilized during the season.

- First Payment of $300 (Traveling Players) & $150 (Practice Only Players)
- Signed Membership and Payment Contract
- The player will be responsible for attending this meeting. Unless circumstances change, we will size them for their equipment.
- You will also have the opportunity to order additional equipment and T-Shirts on this day.
- All money for the additional equipment/T-Shirts will also be due on this day. I will post the options/prices as soon as they are available on the website where you know what is available and what you will owe based off what you choose to order.

- You will click on your child's name and either accept or decline the offer from SETX Juniors.
- The offer must be accepted or declined by Tuesday, October 12th.
- No spots will be held past this date.
- Once accepted, the Coach of their team will contact you and your daughter directly with information in relation to the mandatory parent meeting.

- Teams will practice one day during the week and on Sunday (unless changed by the Coach).
- If it is a tournament weekend, there is usually no practice on Sunday unless the Coach wants to practice.
- Practice days and times will be determined after tryouts by the Coach.
- Potential practice days include Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays.
